Is it spicy? Not all the flavors are spicy. Royal Red Stew comes in six different flavors and five distinct heat levels, enough to satisfy every palate: Original and Curry (both pepper-free) have zero heat level. On a scale of 1 to 10, the Mildly Hot is a 2; Spicy Curry is a 4; Spicy  Hot is a 6; and Extra-Extra Hot is a 10. 

Do I need to cook the Stew? No, it comes ready-to-eat right out of the jar. You only need to heat it up with your preferred choice of protein or vegetables.

How do I store it? When unopened Royal Red Stew has a very long shelf life in your pantry and does not require refrigeration. Once opened, it has to be refrigerated and can last for two weeks in the fridge.
